











Mr. Martinez got his doctorate in jurisprudence at The University Of Oklahoma Law School, in Norman, OK, in late 1990 and obtained his license to practice in the state of Texas the following year. He participates in many local professional organizations and is an active member of the Texas Bar Association. Mr. Martinez is dedicated primarily to personal injury and criminal defense cases. He has represented many victims of auto accidents, medical negligence, and accidental death among other cases, as well as various branches of criminal law. He is especially dedicated to the Hispanic community to provide professional and quality legal services. Mr. Martinez can read, write and speak Spanish fluently.
Mr. Martinez studied to be a paramedic at the University of Houston and obtained a degree in Science, Biology and Chemistry in 1986. He also obtained an Associates Degree in Mathematics at the Austin Community College and for many years studied architecture and engineering. Before his studies, Mr. Martinez enlisted in the US Army as a paratrooper in the infantry at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Mr. Martinez was born and raised in McAllen, TX, in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood. Having grown up in the community is what prepared him and enriched his knowledge and appreciation for the Hispanic people and their culture.
Mr. Martinez is married with Viola and they have five wonderful children. Manuel, Kristie, Angela, Michael and Amy.
